e TecK recently launched its Tenants’ Hotline 1-868-638-0075 , this new Customer Service Hotline is aimed at enhancing the company’s level of communication and response time to its estimated 500 tenants at nineteen (19) existing Industrial Parks. It is envisioned that this hotline will provide swifter responses to each Tenant who wishes to conduct a transaction with eTecK.
Tenants calling the Hotline can expect to have their concerns addressed within three working days depending on the nature of the enquiry. In cases of emergency a 24 hour turn around time can be expected. Follow up calls will be made to the tenants to get their feedback on all aspects of service.
The Company will continue to partner with the Tenants’ Association to ensure that enquiries are resolved quickly and comprehensively as part of delivering a high quality service.
