friendly spaces;<\/li>\n<li>Community Innovation; and<\/li>\n<li>Environmental Conservation.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><a href=\"\/index.php\/corporate-social-response-agenda\/philanthropy-and-sponsorship\/#\"><strong>Corporate Philanthropy Checklist for guidelines<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>EXCLUSIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>e TecK&#8217;s corporate philanthropy programme will not consider support for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Organizations without legal registration as a charity or not-for-profit organization;<\/li>\n<li>Organizations that deny or perceive to deny, service to a potential client or beneficiary on the basis of race, religion, political affiliation, age, nationality or disability<\/li>\n<li>Recurrent operating expenses<\/li>\n<li>Scholarships or fellowship assistance<\/li>\n<li>Labour Unions and Fraternal Organisations<\/li>\n<li>Political Campaigns<\/li>\n<li>Religious Organisations<\/li>\n<li>Programs\/projects administered by activist groups<\/li>\n<li>Private schools<\/li>\n<li>One-off sports and athletic events<\/li>\n<li>Fundraising tickets<\/li>\n<li>Third parties raising funds for charity, intermediary funding agencies or foundations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[1] Consideration will be given to secular community service programs operated by faith-based organisations, such as soup kitchens, shelters for the homeless, homes for children or battered women, after-school community programmes etc., once all other eligibility requirements are met.<\/p>\n<p>[2] Except in cases where organisation expressly states in writing that over 70% of the proceeds would go towards an eligible programme[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]<\/p>\n<\/div><!-- AddThis Advanced Settings generic via filter on the_content -->","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row gap=&#8221;5&#8243;
