Tamana InTech Park is e TecK\u2019s signature park and\u00a0the largest Science and Technology\u00a0Park in the English-speaking Caribbean. This park has been master-planned from design to construction to minimize the environmental impact and efficiently utilize resources (materials, water, energy). Located in Wallerfield, Tamana InTech Park is the centre of innovation, technology and global entrepreneurship and is one of e TecK\u2019s economic zones which supports the diversification thrust of the Government of Trinidad and Tobago by offering opportunities for non-energy businesses to invest in targeted sectors of Information and Communication Technology (ICT), Clean Technologies , Business Services and\u00a0 Agro-processing.<\/span><\/p>\n

The park presently offers 21 land lots ranging from 1-20 acres as part of its Phase 1 development of the total 1,100 acres.\u00a0 These lots are serviced by dedicated utilities and state of the art infrastructure in a green environment where there is 30% green space together with the park\u2019s\u00a0 Moriche Palm reserve.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The Flagship Complex located at 9-15 e TecK Boulevard houses e TecK\u2019s Headquarters with tenants, Iqor Limited and the Global Services Unit of the Ministry of Planning and Development. The University of Trinidad and Tobago is the park\u2019s largest tenant.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

InvesTT Limited, Trinidad and Tobago\u2019s premier investor promoting agency, is responsible for the brand marketing and investor sourcing for the Tamana InTech Park. invesTT collaborates with e TecK\u2019s Real Estate Assets Division to ensure that both companies bring together scientific research, governmental organizations and business support to the investor.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
