Khan is a senior Attorney-at-Law and Notary Public with over 27 years call to the Bar of Trinidad and Tobago. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) Degree from the U.W.I (1996) and a Legal Education Certificate from the Hugh Wooding Law School (1998). Over the course of his career, Mr. Khan has worked alongside many distinguished legal luminaries and has functioned as both an Advocate Attorney and Instructing Attorney in the High Court and Court of Appeal. He has extensive \u00a0expertise in civil litigation as well as in non-contentious legal practice.<\/p>\n<p>In the academic sphere, Mr. Khan has been an Associate Tutor\/Lecturer at the Hugh Wooding Law School since the year 2013. In terms of professional associations, he is a past three-term President of the Assembly of Southern Lawyers and served as a senior ordinary member of the Law Association of Trinidad and Tobago. Mr. Khan was also the last Chairman of the Adoption Board of Trinidad and Tobago before the responsibility for same was transitioned to the Children\u2019s Authority.<\/p>\n<p>Quite apart from his professional pursuits, Mr. Khan sees it as part of his life\u2019s mission to contribute to the general upliftment of society and to engage himself in social, charitable, cultural and religious pursuits. He has served as President of the Islamic Home for Children and is a long-standing executive member of the San Fernando ASJA Mosque Board. He has a passion for food and since 2007 run his own food business based in Arima. She is also called to the Bar in Guyana. Her practice spans corporate and commercial law, civil litigation, family law, land matters, and employment law, with experience handling cases ranging from judicial review to contract, negligence, and property disputes. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of the West Indies and a Legal Education Certificate (LEC) from the Hugh Wooding Law School. Bill S. Ramrattan is an accomplished and highly skilled professional with extensive experience across various industries. He has demonstrated technical expertise in areas such as soils, asphalt, post-tensioning concrete construction, structural steel, tank construction, waste management, plant construction, concrete repairs and coatings, strategic management, value engineering, negotiations, training, scheduling, and cost management.<br \/>\nCurrently, Bill serves as Chairman of CPML Contractors Limited and Director of e Teck and Member\/Director Prime Minister\u2019s Charity Golf Classic. He is also an active member of several professional organizations, including the Board of Engineering of Trinidad and Tobago (BOETT), the Association of Professional Engineers of Trinidad and Tobago (APETT), the Rotary Club of Chaguanas, the Post-Tensioning Institute, and the American Concrete Institute.<br \/>\nIn addition to his current roles, Bill has held a range of leadership positions, including past President of the Rotary Club of Chaguanas (1995\u20131996), Director of Trinidad &amp; Tobago Oil Company (1987\u20131992), Director of Lake Asphalt of Trinidad &amp; Tobago (1987\u20131992), and Chairman of Solid Waste Management Co. Ltd. (1995\u20132001). He was also Vice President of APETT (1995\u20132001), Chairman of PMG Golf Charity.<br \/>\nBill\u2019s outstanding contributions to the field of engineering were recognized in 2015 with the Career of Excellence Award from APETT for Engineering Research and Innovation. With a career spanning over four decades, Bill has made significant contributions to engineering and infrastructure development in Trinidad and Tobago and beyond. He began his career in the construction industry, managing large-scale residential and institutional projects from the ground up. With a keen eye for detail and a strong focus on safety, quality, and cost control. Mr. Sandy has overseen developments across both the public and private sectors.
