Established by CEO Ronald Ramjattan, Baron Foods commenced operations in November 1991 with a total of 15 employees on the Caribbean island of St. Lucia at the Vieux Fort Industrial Estate.\u00a0To date, the company employs under 200 employees across its plants situated in the islands of St. Lucia, Grenada and Trinidad.
