Interested in Leasing Land or Factory Shells for Your Investments?<\/strong> e TecK\u2019s Sales Department act as the first point of contact for all prospective tenants interested in leasing property from e TecK for light manufacturing industries. The Department forms part of the Real Estate Assets Division and is charged with the responsibility of bringing new businesses and increasing revenue base for e TecK. The focus is on sourcing new Tenants\/Investors for existing and new Industrial Parks. This includes identifying, soliciting, negotiating and closing new Park tenants. Relationships are developed with key stakeholders internally and externally.<\/p>\n

There are available spaces at Tamana InTech Park, Phoenix Park Industrial Estate, Moruga Agro-Processing and Light Industrial Park and our Legacy Parks.<\/p>\n
