At the 9th Annual Meeting of Shareholders held on November 12th, 2018, Corporation Sole accepted the 2017 Audited Financial Statements of Evolving TecKnologies and Enterprise Development Company Limited (e TecK) and Vanguard Holdings Limited (VHL) which were signed and approved by e TecK\u2019s Board of Directors on July 11th, 2018. Furthermore, on June 17th, 2020 at its 10th Annual Meeting of Shareholders, Corporation Sole accepted the 2018 Audited Financial Statements of e TecK and VHL which were signed and approved by e TecK\u2019s Board of Directors on September 17th, 2019.<\/p>\n
