It is envisioned that this hotline will provide swifter responses to each Tenant who wishes to conduct a transaction with eTecK.<\/p>\n

Tenants calling the Hotline can expect to have their concerns addressed within three working days depending on the nature of the enquiry. In cases of emergency a 24 hour turn around time can be expected. Follow up calls will be made to the tenants to get their feedback on all aspects of service.<\/p>\n
