The 150-member audience, which comprised well-connected business leaders in Tampa with national ties to the Caribbean as well as India, was interested to hear about T&amp;T\u2019s thriving economy, and the plans the Government has to diversify in the Ten Sectors, and particularly in Downstream Energy and ICT Services.<\/p>\n<p>The audience also got a look at T&amp;T today and the redevelopment that is happening in East Trinidad through a viewing of the DVD \u201cHeading East\u201d at the culmination of the presentation. Several persons expressed interest in getting more information about our country.<\/p>\n<p>Special guests The Consul General of Trinidad &amp; Tobago, The Honorable Gerard Green, and The Consul General of Antigua, The Honorable Ian Sweeney, also addressed the gathering.<\/p>\n<p>The West Indian Networking Society is the brainchild of Trinidadians Tony and Karen Bourne, who started the organisation to support Diaspora businesses in Tampa Bay.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\">\u00a0[<a title=\"W.I.N.S.
