Tenants, employees and visitors at e TecK’s Frederick Settlement Business Park will soon experience smoother roads in and around the park as e TecK’s Facilities Maintenance Unit (FMU) over saw the commencement of road paving activities on Wednesday 5th July, 2023. The FMU anticipates that the paving of the park will be completed within 60 days.
e TecK noted the need for upgrades to the road paving network at this park and has undertaken to conduct:
- Road resurfacing
- Full reconstruction in failed sections
- Reconstruction of curb and slipper drains
- Painting of road markings and of speed bumps
