An Update on e TecK’s HSSE Audit Exercise

e TecK’s Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) Coordinator, Mrs. Kelly Hazelwood and her team completed the company’s HSSE Audit exercise with Tenants of e TecK’s Factory Shells in the Macoya and Trincity Industrial Parks. This forms part of e TecK’s support to its tenants as they work towards making their businesses OSH compliant. Earlier this year, the Occupational Health and Safety Agency (OSHA) advised e TecK that they would be increasing their inspection activities at e TecK’s Industrial Parks. “The tenants of Trincity Industrial Park were satisfied with e Teck’s HSSE Audit, when OSH officers visited, they had already begun to address compliance issues as pointed out by e TecK’s Audit committee, “ said Mrs. Hazelwood.
