The company has implemented sanitization and physical distancing protocols according to the “Re-opening Guidelines for Businesses, Facilities and Institutions” published by the Ministry of Health which is aimed at preventing and controlling the transmission of Covid-19.
When visiting our offices, kindly comply with security instructions for the following protocols:
• Temperature Checks before entry, if temperature registers 38 Degrees Celsius or higher you will be denied entry
• Wash hands with soap & water before entry
• No mask, no entry
• Observe Social/Physical distancing protocols (6 feet apart)
If you are experiencing flu-like symptoms, please avoid visiting the office.
Tenants’ Visits by Property Officers:
Property Officers will be conducting site visits with tenants by appointment only. If a Property Officer visits the premises of a tenant in accordance with their portfolio and the Officer is of the opinion that your sanitization protocols are not in compliance with the health and safety guidelines as mandated by the Government, the Officer reserves the right to end the site visit.
