His Excellency Mr. Arun Kumar Sahu, High Commissioner for India to Trinidad and Tobago met with e TecK and InvesTT at e TecK’s Head Office, Tamana InTech Park on Friday 3rd September, 2021 with the aim of future collaboration to assist Indian firms with business expansion plans in this region.
The e TecK team lead by Mr. Steve De Las, e TecK’s President and accompanied by Mr. Daniel Duncan, Vice-President, Projects and Facilities and Ms. Waynette Balcon, Snr. Sales Officer provided information on e TecK’s available Industrial properties for investment at its Phoenix Park Industrial Estate, Moruga Agro-Processing & Light Industrial Park and Tamana InTech Park. Mr. Sekou Alleyne, President, InvesTT and Ms. Pramilla Ramdhani, Vice- President, Investments presented on Investment opportunities in Trinidad and Tobago.
His Excellency indicated that he was indeed impressed with e TecK’s offerings at the parks with available spaces and indicated that they were particularly exploring spaces suited for renewable energy/solar type factory facilities, business process outsourcing (BPO) and Creative Arts. As requested, InvesTT will further engage the High Commission to conduct site visits to the said parks. The High Commission’s entourage included Mr. N. Lingi Chetty, Second Secretary (Commerce)and Mr. Anand Mathai, Marketing Assistant.
