The tenants, their employees and visitors to buildings FZ1 to FZ5 at e TecK’s Frederick Settlement Industrial Park will now benefit from an upgrade to the physical appearance of their offices, as e TecK’s Facilities Management Unit (FMU) oversaw the completion of repainting works recently.
The group of buildings which were built by e TecK over ten years ago houses well-known companies such as Insepra Limited, Petroleum Sales and Services Limited, Karik Marketing Company Limited, Smart Vibrations Limited, Auto Planet Limited, and R.H.S. Marketing Limited.
In addition to repainting the exterior walls of these businesses, e TecK re-painted the railings, fence, gates and transformer rooms to complete the enhancement features of the area.
