Bilateral Diplomatic Relations strong as Chinese Minister visits Phoenix Park Industrial Estate

Interest in e TecK’s Phoenix Park Industrial Estate (PPIE) continues to grow: On Sunday 17th March, 2024 representatives of the Chinese Embassy, Ministry of Trade and Industry, e TecK, InvesTT, and the Beijing Construction Engineering Group (BCEG) visited the PPIE where a brief site tour was conducted, followed by a visit to Factory Shell 21 where Summit Luggage is tenanting.

The high-level delegation was led by Her Excellency Huang Xiaowei of All China Women’s Federation (ACWF) and Secretary of the Leading Party Members’ Group. Her visit in this 50th anniversary of bilateral diplomatic relationships will further promote T&T’s cooperation with the Republic of China in the area of investment and manufacturing industries. His Excellency Fang Qiu , Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary, Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Trinidad and Tobago was also in attendance.
