After several years absent, e TecK returned with a bang to the Trade and Investment Convention (TIC) which was held from July 11th to 13th, 2024 at the Centre of Excellence, Macoya. e TecK was pleased to join its other stakeholders exporTT and invesTT as part of the Ministry of Trade and Industry’s pavilion to highlight the efforts of these agencies to diversify the economy of Trinidad and Tobago and to develop the non-energy sector.
e TecK through its participation at TIC was able to showcase its most recent industrial parks the Phoenix Park Industrial Estate and the Moruga Agro-Processing and Light Industrial Park, as well as highlight the two new parks under development- namely the Factory Road Industrial Park and the Dow Village Industrial Park. Also of keen interest to visitors to e TecK’s booth was the Tamana InTech Park and other legacy parks which are owned and managed by e TecK.
e TecK also took the opportunity to visit and were visited by various tenants of its parks who were exhibitors at the three day convention. In the end, e TecK hosted over one hundred visitors and registered seven leads; and sensitized the general public of its mandate. e TecK looks forward to forging lasting relationships with its stakeholders, clients, investors, and potential investors which were strengthened through its participation at TIC.
