Earlier this month, a small groundbreaking ceremony was held for the Construction of a PriceSmart Distribution Facility on a 10 acre parcel at the Phoenix Park Industrial Estate. The company is e TecK’s anchor tenant for PPIE and as such Mr. Rodrigo Calvo, Executive VP of Real Estate and Construction at PriceSmart, Mr. Sergio Cuevas, First VP of Construction, Mr. Jonathon Mendoza, Vice President of Construction, and other high level executives of PriceSmart were on hand to witness the ceremony.
Also present were Mr. Daniel Duncan, Vice President of Projects and Facilities at e TecK; as well as Mr. Junior Sammy, Mr. Hugh Murphy, and other engineers of the Junior Sammy Group.
